Armonicos defines compliance as “various activities to maintain trust.” Therefore, each and every one of our officers and employees must comply with laws, regulations, and work rules, and lead a social life with sound ethics and integrity. In order to realize fair and honest business activities and to continue to be a company trusted by society, we have established the following “Code of Conduct for Officers and Employees of Armonicos.

Established on January 1, 2020

  •  1. We respect human rights and do not discriminate or engage in harassment.
  •  2. We will comply with labor-related laws and regulations and work rules, and strive to create a pleasant work environment.
  •  3. We will comply with environmental treaties and laws and regulations, and conduct our activities in consideration of the global environment.
  •  4. In executing transactions, we will comply with laws, regulations, and other rules, and will be fair to all parties.
  •  5. We will comply with international arrangements regarding trade.
  •  6. In addition to the proper management of our company’s information, we will also properly handle information obtained from outside the company and the intellectual property rights and other rights of third parties.
  •  7. We will use our internal information systems appropriately.
  •  8. We will not engage in any conduct that is contrary to the interests of the company. We also make a clear distinction between public and private matters.
  •  9. We will ensure that financial and accounting records and reports are timely and accurate.
  • 10. We will provide gifts and entertainment without violating laws and regulations, and within the scope of socially accepted norms.
  • 11. We will take a firm stand against antisocial forces and will not offer any benefits to such groups.
  • 12. Any act in violation of this Code of Conduct, whether discovered or committed by oneself, shall be promptly reported to and discussed with either a superior, officer, or the Compliance Office.
  • 13. This Code of Conduct shall be written in Japanese. An English version will be prepared for reference only. If there is any conflict between them, the Japanese version shall take precedence.
